Mr. Antony has been working within Schueco Group since 2011, initially as Managing Director of Schueco India before he took upon the challenge to lead Schueco’s In-Organic growth for the region of Asia, Oceania & the Americas since 2019. Taking over the reins in 2011, Rajeev Antony has led Schueco India’s business since its start-updays. He has been instrumental in the success of the Indian business and led the team to grow the business into profits from scratch and taking it to greater heights delivering a 50% CAGR over a period of 8 years. He is a member of the board of directors at Alufit International Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Pankaj Keswani, Founder & Non-Executive Director Currently serving as chairman of Alufit Advisory Board
Mr. Keswani is a self-made, first-generation entrepreneur who started Alufit with nothing but a dream. At the age of 24, having done his Master’s in Business Administration from Symbiosis University in Pune, India, he moved to a city alien to him to embark on the Alufit journey. From humble beginnings in 1984, he grew Alufit from strength to strength with hard work, passion and determination. From just 8 employees to 1500 and 3 state-of-the-art factories, Alufit today is the go-to facade company boasting landmark buildings pan-India. To name a few, Goldman Sachs and the much talked about Intel top-down construction in Bangalore; Amazon & the International airport expansion in Hyderabad; Godrej BKC & Four Seasons Private Residences in Mumbai. Mr. Keswani is as dedicated to his work and work ethic today as he was 40 years ago, and it is this passion for innovation, professionalism and unwavering quality that has given Alufit its unparalleled reputation in the industry today.
Mr. Matthijs Bruijnse, Executive Senior Vice President (International Markets), Schueco International KG
Mr. Bruijnse joined Schueco in 2010 and currently is also part of the Executive Management Board of the Aluminium Division at Schueco. In his current role, he is responsible for Schueco’s businesses and further expansion through both organic and inorganic growth strategies in the region. He is a member of the board of directors at Alufit International Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Philipp Neuhaus, CFO, Schueco Group
Within the Schueco International KG Group, Mr. Neuhaus is responsible for Group Financial Services, Treasury, Tax, Controlling, Non-Core Procurement and IT Management. Since 2019, he has been responsible for Schueco Alu Competence Division, a production plant of Schueco International KG with a diverse product range for fittings and accessories as well aluminium products for the kitchen and furniture sector. Mr. Neuhaus is a member of the board of directors of Alufit International Pvt. Ltd.
